I am an artist, writer, and student of psychology the University of Utah. I weave the modalities of my work together to philosophically and aesthetically explore the topics most important to me including ecology and ecopsychology, death and mortality, connection, and living the fullest lives available to us.

It took me a long time to find focus, so that the form and methodologies for my exploration—be it painting, poetry, essays, research, or eventually my therapeutic client practice–all serve my general purpose. Through my work I attempt to connect myself and others to more deeply to their lives, each other, and the planet.
